• Flying back from Annual Congress in Nashville and saw so many of our CRNA Club Members there! As well as a few of our lovely SRNA Mentors – @Roza and @ashley-h @kadesha

A key moment – Rey (guy in middle pic) had a GPA that was not the greatest (less than 3.2) but got accepted.

I asked him what do you think did it? He said – showing up to the Annual Congress last year.

Of course, he worked hard and re-took courses as well, shadowed, worked hard on his essay, but he also went above and beyond and showed up to the Annual Congress. I’m not saying it’s a guarantee, but I’m saying it HELPS a LOT. I have a LOT of podcasts on this topic, so please check it out.

More and MORE RNs are showing up to these national meetings – so what does that mean for you? Show up to STATE meetings. Why? It’s more intimate. It’s more of a sure shot you get face time with your PDs because its a tinier event. Annual Congress has THOUSANDS of people.

I literally manually scrape all the State Event pages because I want to make this as easy as possible for you guys and then I put them in our Events page – save them!

Next year the Annual Congress in Boston (um YAY). I know it’s expensive. But put aside a little money starting today, and let’s make it happen. I’ll be there! Who’s planning on coming?

Ps. He told me half of the questions that he got asked during his interview (which was 50:50 EQ/Clinical) we covered in our Learning Library videos 😁
