Wrapping up my first year of CRNA school TODAY! Here are the top 5 things I learned from completing my first year as a RRNA:
- Find a good group of people to surround yourself with! You’ll need all the support you can get (and you’ll need people to trauma bond with!) 😅
- Don’t try and study anything before school starts (seriously…); enjoy your freedom while it lasts! 🥲
- Being a straight-‘A’ student is great, but definitely NOT everything..! Strive for success, but don’t let your grades define you! 📚
- Get ready to unlearn your bad studying habits; you’re going to rewire all the circuitry in your brain in order to learn all the new things! 🧠
- Prioritize your mental health! Life goes on outside of CRNA school — don’t neglect your wellness! 🧘🏻♂️
Feel free to reach out with any questions on how I survived my first year of CRNA school!
