When is the best time to join?
The best time to join is about 1–2 years before you plan to apply to CRNA programs. Some of our most successful members joined during their senior year of nursing school. If you wait until you’re actively applying, it’s often too late—there’s a lot to prepare in the months (and years) leading up to your application.
I’m just starting the school search process, is this for me?
Yes, 100%! If you’re in the early stages, our platform is designed for you. You’ll get access to a comprehensive CRNA school database where you can:

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Just note that if you cancel, you’ll lose your current membership rate. If you decide to return later, you’ll need to rejoin at the current pricing at that time.

What if I bought the original School Database from 2022–2024?
If you purchased the original version, you’ll still have access to everything that was included at the time of purchase. Some premium features (like program-saving and note-taking) aren’t available due to added storage costs. But you’ll retain lifetime access to the core database as promised.

How often is the School Database updated?
We update the database three times per year, by hand. We review every school’s website manually to ensure accuracy. If you ever spot an error, let us know and we’ll correct it ASAP!
Can I get access to the School Database separately?
At this time, we do not sell access to the School Database separately—it’s included as part of your full membership.
If I cancel, can I come back at my original rate?
Unfortunately, no. If you cancel, you’ll forfeit your original rate. If you rejoin later, you’ll need to pay the current membership rate at that time.
Do you offer an acceptance guarantee?
We don’t offer an acceptance guarantee—and here’s why:
Programs that do typically charge thousands of dollars and select only applicants who are likely to get in anyway
Our goal is to keep this platform affordable and accessible to as many future CRNAs as possible. While we can’t guarantee acceptance, we do give you the structure, resources, and support to build the strongest application possible.
