Employment Verification Form Practice Survey Form Shadow Verification Form (16 hours) An alternate critical care specialty certification may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Applications open annually on September 1 via NursingCAS, for a cohort matriculating 16 months later. Priority window is September 1 - November 1; applications after November 1 are reviewed on a space-available basis. Admission is rolling until the cohort and waitlist are filled - there is no hard deadline. NOTE: the program is transitioning from DNP to DNAP; no further cohorts are admitted as DNP-seeking students.
